1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pak360 ("pak360", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers for and/or uses the services available at pak360.pro ("the Platform"). pak360 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, and sports wagering services to eligible players.

pak360 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The Platform is intended for use by adult players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. These Terms apply to all pak360 services including but not limited to casino games, the sportsbook, live dealer products, promotions, bonuses, and customer support interactions.

These Terms must be read alongside the pak360 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pak360. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other pak360 document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the specific document explicitly states otherwise.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pak360 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your pak360 Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Casino Services" means all slot games, live dealer tables, table games, and other casino-style products available on the Platform.
• "Sportsbook Services" means all sports betting markets, live in-play betting, and related wagering products available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied by pak360 to all registered players.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all pak360 transactions are conducted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is under the age of 21, is self-excluded from the Platform, or is otherwise ineligible to use pak360 Services under these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use pak360, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. pak360 applies strict age verification procedures during and after registration.
• You must be registering voluntarily and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person, or at the direction of another person, is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have placed on your own pak360 Account or one imposed by pak360.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of pak360 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name, or false payment account details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pak360 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

4. Account Obligations

Once your pak360 Account is registered, you assume the following obligations on a continuous basis:

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must not share them with any other person.
• You must notify pak360 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you personally authorised it, unless you have reported an unauthorised access incident to pak360 in a timely manner.
• You must keep your Account registration details — including your mobile number and payment account details — up to date at all times. pak360 cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to use your pak360 Account to place bets or conduct transactions.
• You must not access or attempt to access the pak360 Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to simulate or replace human gameplay or wagering behaviour.

pak360 may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification of your Account at any time — including during a withdrawal request, following a period of inactivity, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Cooperation with these verification requests is a condition of continued Account access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pak360 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak360 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed within 60 seconds of initiation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other methods may take longer depending on the processing institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one business day subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. pak360 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Source of Funds: pak360 may, as part of its AML compliance obligations, request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending further review.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended.

pak360 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. pak360 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak360 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions below:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds and real-money funds are wagered simultaneously, with real-money funds used first.
• Bonus offers are personal to the registered Account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or shared with other players.
• pak360 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has begun, pak360 will honour the original terms of that specific offer.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated tools, or any other form of exploitation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in permanent Account closure.

7. Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all casino game play on pak360, including slot titles, live dealer games, table games, and any other casino-format product offered on the Platform:

• All casino games on pak360 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. pak360 will not reverse a completed game outcome except in cases of a documented technical malfunction that materially affected the result.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — pak360 will conduct an investigation and, where possible, restore the game to its pre-malfunction state. If restoration is not possible, the wager for the affected round may be returned to your Account Balance at pak360's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. pak360 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Live dealer games are subject to the additional rules of each individual game variant as displayed in the live table interface. In all live dealer games, the decision of the dealer and the table supervisor is final.

8. Sportsbook Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity conducted through the pak360 sportsbook, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, football, UFC, and all other sports covered on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the pak360 system. Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error — including incorrectly stated odds, incorrect event details, or duplicate listings — will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. pak360 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during live events.
• PSL and other cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). In the event of a match abandonment, tied result, or other exceptional outcome, settlement will follow the specific rules for that market type as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be successful for the bet to win. A single void selection in an accumulator reduces the bet by that leg; a single losing selection results in the entire accumulator being lost.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface. pak360 reserves the right to limit winnings on any single event or market.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak360 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or in any communication with pak360.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds that derive from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play casino games or place sportsbook bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in a manner not intended by the game or platform design.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt betting activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the pak360 sportsbook.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any genuine deposit transaction after the funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform or any other player's Account without authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak360 Platform — including but not limited to the pak360 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak360 or its licensed suppliers and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11. Privacy & Data

pak360 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a pak360 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak360 takes the security of your personal data seriously. The Platform uses SSL encryption on all sessions and transactions. However, no system is entirely immune to security risks, and pak360 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

pak360 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Where data is shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors, game providers, or KYC verification services — it is shared solely for the purpose of delivering the pak360 service and subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

12. Responsible Gaming

pak360 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools — including PKR deposit limits, session time controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — all accessible from within your Account settings.

If you believe your gambling has become problematic, or if you wish to take a break from the Platform, you are encouraged to use these tools immediately. Self-exclusion takes effect as soon as it is activated and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. pak360 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will take immediate action — including Account suspension and return of deposits — upon discovering that a registered player is under the age of 21. Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming credits resulting from technical malfunctions, system outages, or scheduled maintenance.
• Loss arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results, without independent verification.

pak360's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits pak360's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pak360's negligence.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pak360 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they affect your rights or obligations as a player in a significant way — pak360 will provide notice via the email address associated with your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of your Account Balance before the changes take effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak360 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pak360's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body associated with pak360's gaming licence.

pak360's internal complaints procedure requires that all complaints be submitted in the first instance to [email protected]. pak360 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 28 days of receipt.
